The postage will be paid, as long as the order exceeds 300 Euros. , bound for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, if the amounts of: € 300 per order are not exceeded. 7 Euros will be charged per package. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: The postage will be paid, as long as the order exceeds 601 Euros. , it is case that the 601 Euros are not exceeded. 35 Euros will be charged. per package, and customs charges will be charged on the invoice. 4 - PRICES.:
The prices of this rate are net and packaging is included in them. For special measures consult price. Prices may fluctuate depending on the raw materials, therefore the manufacturer reserves the right to modify the sale prices without prior notice to the customer.

. 5 - EL VAT:
Not included in this tariff rates, nor charge equivalence, so invoice will be charged appropriately for each client.

Our customers may choose to:
• Orders not exceeding € 150 for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, cash payment.
• Transfer 30 days net of invoice date (SEPA CORE direct debit required).
• Draft 60 days net of invoice date (direct debit required, orders less than 301 Euros SEPA CORE will not be drawn).

7 - EXPORT.: 
FRA. Proforma valid 30 days.
Advance payments by bank check, transfer or Swift.
The postage: indicate your carrier or transportation will be charged for postage due invoice.

8 - DEBT.: 
Any payment delay on the agreed date will be accrued with interest of delay of an 6% and will be borne by the customer.

No return of merchandise will be accepted without express agreement of our sales representatives. In case a refund is agreed, we will only pay for the merchandise received in our warehouses in perfect condition and paid contributions. If you require a repackaging or reconditioning of the product, you should consult our offices for the cost of the product.

Any claims received on gender must be made within a period not exceeding 10 days from receipt thereof, failing addressed those made after this period. In case of breakage, failure or abnormality in the package received, must be indicated on the delivery note of the carrier, and tell us in a period not exceeding two days to arrange timely claim.

Our products are manufactured with rigorously selected top quality materials. This allows us to guarantee them. If you notice a manufacturing defect, we are responsible for the product. Follow the washing instructions carefully (any garment used or manipulated is exempt from warranty).

You must send a copy of the delivery note for the returned merchandise, in order to make the payment as accurately and quickly as possible.

In the case of anomaly in terms of faults, incorrect or defective merchandise, with clear responsibility of the manufacturer, the customer shall inform us that anomaly within 10 within days of receiving the goods. Claims or refunds after that date will not be accepted. Also, any anomaly is detected upon receipt of the goods must be in the shelter of the carrier.

Both parties expressly submit to Spanish law and the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Tarragona.
